Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 22, 2025


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the website operated by Saint International Co., Ltd. (“the Company,” “we,” “us”) and the services we provide (collectively, the “Services”), including but not limited to chauffeur services, travel arrangements, corporate support, and metal processing. By using our website, users (“Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and Users regarding the Services. In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish separate rules or policies (“Individual Rules”) as necessary. Such Individual Rules, regardless of their titles, constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Individual Rules, the Individual Rules shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

User Registration

  1. Registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies by the method specified by the Company, and the Company notifies the applicant of its approval.
  2. The Company may decline registration without any obligation to disclose the reasons, including when:
    1. false information is provided;
    2. the applicant has previously violated the Terms; or
    3. the Company deems registration inappropriate.

Management of User ID and Password

  1. Users are responsible for the management of their User IDs and passwords. Users must not transfer, lend, or share their User IDs or passwords with any third party.
  2. If a login matches the registered combination of User ID and password, we will deem the use to be by the registered User.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damage arising from unauthorized use by a third party unless caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Sales Contracts

Contract Formation:
A sales contract is formed when a User applies to purchase and the Company notifies the User of its acceptance.

Contract Cancellation:
The Company may cancel the contract without prior notice if the User violates these Terms or if the Company determines that the relationship of trust has been impaired.

Other Terms:
Payment methods, cancellation rules, and returns shall be as separately prescribed by the Company.

Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in photos and other content provided through the Services (“Content”) belong to the Company or the rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, repost, modify, or otherwise make secondary use of the Content without authorization.

Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in any of the following:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Criminal acts or acts related to crimes
  3. Infringement of intellectual property rights included in the Services
  4. Destruction or interference with servers or networks
  5. Commercial use of information obtained through the Services
  6. Acts that may hinder the operation of the Services
  7. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  8. Collection or accumulation of personal information of other Users
  9. Impersonation of other Users
  10. Providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Services
  11. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Suspension of the Services

  1. The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Services without prior notice if:
    1. maintenance or updates are performed;
    2. force majeure (earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, natural disasters) occurs;
    3. computers or communication lines fail; or
    4. the Company otherwise deems provision difficult.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties due to such suspension or interruption.

Usage Restrictions and Deregistration

  1. The Company may restrict the use of all or part of the Services or deregister a User without prior notice if:
    1. the User violates these Terms;
    2. false registration information is found;
    3. the User’s credit card is suspended;
    4. payment obligations are not performed;
    5. the User does not respond to communications for a certain period;
    6. there has been no use for a certain period;
    7. or other cases the Company deems inappropriate.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.

Withdrawal

Users may withdraw from the Services through the prescribed procedures.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

  1. The Company does not warrant that the Services are free from defects de facto or de jure (including but not limited to defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, and infringements of rights).
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Services. If the contract between the Company and a User constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, the above disclaimer shall not apply to the extent prohibited; however, even in such case, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where such damages were foreseeable) due to the Company’s negligence (excluding gross negligence).
  3. The Company assumes no responsibility for transactions, communications, or disputes between Users or between a User and a third party in connection with the Services.

Changes to the Services

The Company may change the contents of the Services or discontinue provision without notice and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

Amendments to the Terms

The Company may amend these Terms at any time without notice if deemed necessary. By continuing to use the Services after any amendment, Users are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Handling of Personal Information

Personal information obtained through the Services shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Notices and Communications

Notices between Users and the Company shall be made by the methods prescribed by the Company. Unless a change is notified by the prescribed method, the Company will deem the currently registered contact information valid, and notices sent thereto shall be deemed to have reached the User at the time of dispatch.

Prohibition on Assignment of Rights and Obligations

Users may not assign, transfer, provide as security, or otherwise dispose of their contractual status or any rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company’s prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s head office.

Fees Other Than Service Charges

Users are responsible for standard communication charges (e.g., sending/receiving emails for inquiries or receipts).

Prices (Reference)

  • Narita Airport → Tokyo 23 Wards: ¥25,000
  • Haneda Airport → Tokyo 23 Wards: ¥12,000
  • Hourly rate: ¥5,000/hour (minimum 3 hours)
  • Day charter plan: ¥50,000 (up to 10 hours of operation)

For services other than fixed fares, please inquire as prices may vary.

Timing of Service Provision

Upon confirmation of reservation, services are provided at the date and time specified by the User. Travel arrangement and corporate support services are provided in accordance with the relevant contract.

Cancellations / Changes (general policy)

  • Same day: 100%
  • Previous day: 50%
  • 48+ hours prior: Free (may vary by service)

Peak seasons, special dispatch, or large vehicles may be subject to different conditions.

Online payment services (e.g., Stripe; subject to availability)

Termination (Account / Service Use)

You may terminate at any time. Please email info@sent-international.com with your registered “username” and “email address.”

System Requirements

For online reservations and payments, you will need a PC, smartphone, or tablet with an internet connection.

Returns / Refunds

Due to the nature of the services, returns or refunds are not available after service completion. However, in the event of a material non-performance attributable to the Company, we will respond on a case-by-case basis.。

Service contents do not guarantee specific results or performance. Services may be affected by traffic, weather, or third-party factors and may not be provided as scheduled.
